Dillon T. Bowie is a dedicated attorney who has proudly called the Myrtle Beach area home since 2002. With deep roots in the Grand Strand community, Dillon is committed to delivering exceptional, responsive service to every client - whether you're buying your first home, managing a property portfolio, or navigating complex real estate transactions.

Dillon earned his undergraduate degree in business management from Rollins College in Winter Park, Florida, where he also competed as a collegiate baseball player. He went on to receive both his Juris Doctor and International MBA from the University of South Carolina, equipping him with a strong foundation in both legal strategy and global business.

Before founding his own practice, Dillon worked under the General Counsel at Palm Beach Atlantic University and spent time in civil defense litigation representing property management companies, HOAs, COAs, hotels, resorts, REITs, restaurants, and individuals throughout Horry County. His diverse experience allows him to understand the unique legal needs of both residents and real estate professionals in our coastal community.
